Meet The Team

 Wayne & Barbara Holder founded MyBesti out of a real desire to help couples with their relationships. 

Now in their 37th year of marriage, Wayne dragged Barbara out of Jozi in South Africa to Dubai and then to Huntington Beach in California - which has been home for over 10 years now. They have an amazing life story; the good and bad, through ups and downs. All the while supporting one another and ensuring they keep their eye on their goal: Find ways to be happy together.  Understanding how each of them is wired, they really know why they do the things that they do. This allows them to be open and honest with one another and to love each other, even with their imperfections - No Compromise. Barbara trained as a teacher and is a certified psychometrics specialist. Wayne has an MBA from the Swiss Business School and is a twice certified psychometrics specialist. He has worked with psychometrics since 1989.

After 37 years of marriage, hundreds of couples, and decades studying human wiring and relationships, we built MyBesti to give couples something we wish every marriage started with - UNDERSTANDING!

 Nikki Holder, our Chief Compliance Officer, oversees the science and psychology side of the business. 

She has a BSc in Psychology & a MSc in Global Mental Health. 

She makes sure the science that we use is solid.
